Anyone can have a visit with a Nurse Practitioner (NP). You do not need a referral from a physician.
We are available after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
We are happy to answer any questions you have. If we are unable to help we will do our best to get you to the right person and/or place.

You can book virtual visits (video or phone) and in person visits for medical issues.

You have to do this in advance so that we can send your medical chart and the link for the video conference.
Also, this confirms your home or in clinic appointment.
We want to hear your story. Tell us in your own words what is going on.
We will send you an email and text message with the link to open the video conference. As well as a reminders 15 minutes and 5 minutes before your appointment.
Click the secure link that was sent to you by email ad text and a log in screen opens. If you are using an iPhone you will need to download the free app (tiahealth). Now we can see and talk to each other to find out whats going on and what we can do to help.
Prescriptions are faxed directly to the pharmacy you choose.
Medically necessary referrals are faxed directly.
Documents such as sick notes, a copy of your medical note, and your invoice/receipt are sent directly to you by email. Your documents are also available on your dashboard for you to access any time you login.
Requisitions for lab tests , X-rays, and ultrasounds are sent directly to the lab or X-ray facility you choose.
Your plan of care will be reviewed including any follow up instructions. We will always recommend that you let your primary care provider know about this visit and what happened.
You will be asked to rate your visit once you have hung up.
